Admit it-
If you find yourself always having a short temper or always getting aggravated easily or if you are easily annoyed or any other potentially offensive or ripple starting mood or outlook.... admit it!
Admitting that you realize you get easily aggravated or that you know you often react without thinking and it seems to cause some waves in the house or workplace or with friends, will not only help you to change that but will let others know that you don't want to be that way- Especially if it is in the home because it is a breeding ground for tempers and bad attitudes if not kept in check. Those things can boil out of control and simmer for days and weeks!!
Be open, be honest and most of all admit it if you realize you should change-
